How to Submit a Request
Send your request to hello@belfavn.com and include enough detail so we can identify the relevant records.
You may also send a written request to Avenue de Calabre 33, 1200 Woluwe-Saint-Lambert, Belgium.
To protect personal data, Belfavn may request reasonable identity verification before actioning a request.
Response Timing
Belfavn aims to respond within one month. This period may be extended where allowed by law for complex requests.
Limits and Legal Constraints
Some rights may be limited by legal obligations, contractual duties, or rights of other persons. If a request cannot be fully completed, Belfavn will explain why.
Requests are generally handled free of charge, but Belfavn may charge a reasonable fee or refuse a request where permitted by law for manifestly unfounded or excessive requests.
