AI Assistant Intake Widget

Belfavn offers an AI Assistant product that business customers can embed on their own websites as a chat-style intake widget. Visitors to those websites can describe a job or quote request to the assistant, which asks follow-up questions and passes a structured summary of the request to the business.

The widget always identifies itself as an AI assistant, not a person, before or with its first message. The assistant collects the information the business configured (such as the service needed, location, timing, and contact details) so the business can follow up. It does not make offers, confirm prices, or enter into agreements on behalf of the business.

Conversation messages, extracted request details, and any files a visitor chooses to upload are stored by Belfavn and made available to the business the visitor contacted. Belfavn does not use them to train AI models.

AI Providers

The AI Assistant uses Google's Gemini models to interpret visitor messages, decide the next question, and summarize requests. Provider processing is governed by the applicable provider terms and data processing agreements.

Belfavn updates this page and related privacy disclosures before launching AI features that materially change how personal data is processed.

Internal and Assistive AI Use

Belfavn also uses AI internally for drafting, summarization, document processing, and workflow support. That use is treated as assistive and operationally limited.

Human Review

AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate and is treated as assistive. Businesses using the AI Assistant remain responsible for reviewing lead summaries and for their own quotes, bookings, pricing, and commitments.

Where AI-assisted outputs are used in Belfavn's own service workflows, important decisions remain subject to human review.

Data Minimization

Please share only the information needed for your request. Avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive personal data in AI-assisted conversations, forms, or general communication.

Rights and Contact
